 The North Carolina General Assembly enacted a concealed handgun law that allows qualifying citizens of North Carolina the opportunity to obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun. This law became effective on December 1,1995.

JM Concealed Carry provides the class necessary for you to APPLY for your "Right to Carry" permit.

The North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun Law requires that anyone who obtains a North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun Permit must first successfully complete a training course.  This class satisfies those requirements.

It is important to us you get the knowledge and training you need. Protecting yourself and your loved ones comes first!

Once the student receives his or her Concealed Carry Handgun permit, this permit may be used to purchase a handgun in lieu of a handgun purchase permit issued by the sheriff.
